Change your password
You were given a temporary password to sign in with. The first thing to do is replace it with one only you know.
- Sign in with the temporary password from your rollout email.
- On the Home page, click
Change Password →just under your name. - Enter that temporary password as your Current Password, then choose a new one.

At least 8 characters, with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character.

Tip: a password manager, or a short phrase with a number and a symbol worked in, clears the requirement easily and is one less thing to forget.

Clock in and out
If your account is set up for Web Clock-In, the Home page doubles as a clock — no tablet needed.
- Go to
Home. If your account is linked to your employee record, you'll see your crew list right below the welcome banner. - Check off yourself, and anyone on your crew you're clocking in or out alongside you.
- Click Clock In to start, or Clock Out to end — each person's current status shows next to their name.

Don't see a crew list? That's expected for some accounts — Web Clock-In only appears if your login is linked to an employee record. If you think yours should be and isn't, let Paul know.

Finding your way home
Wherever you are in Falcon Sight, the logo in the top-left corner is always a link straight back to
Home.- Lost, or just want to get back to your clock-in screen? Click the Falcon Sight logo, top-left, on any page.
- It works the same from Live View, the Dashboard, Help — anywhere in the app.
